Walking Football is a twist on the traditional game of football and one of the fastest growing sports across the country! Our weekly session offers a fun and informal way for men and women over 50 to participate in sport locally who, for whatever reason, cannot keep up with the pace of the traditional game.
The rules are simplified; the ball should remain below head height, no tackles from behind, no off-side rule, and importantly… walking only!
Pop down, give it a go, and reignite your love for the game!
