We provide early intervention and relapse prevention services to support individuals to recover from, or live better with the symptoms of mental ill health, through the provision of information, social and emotional support, self-management programmes and peer support.

We can offer free short term recovery focussed support to adults aged 16+ who have a mental health need, such as anxiety and depression, or other mental health needs which significantly interfere with the individual’s cognitive, social or emotional abilities.

We deliver support in North and South Perthshire. We do not provide support in Perth City.
