SCOPE is a multi-disciplinary team supporting young people and adults with a learning disability and/or Autism with complex needs.

SCOPE is a new team which is being developed through the Complex Care Transformation Programme. It will be a Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care multi-disciplinary team which will provide a life-long support to individuals with a learning disability and/or autism who’s needs are complex from the age 14 and upwards. The team will link with local partners such as Education and Children’s services, Housing, other Health Services and 3^rd Sector

This team will be made up of staff from current workforce of the Adult Social Work teams and Learning Disabilities Health team, as well as new posts in Psychology and Social Care Officers. The current aim is to establish this team by October 2021, though this may require a phased approach due to the on-going pandemic.

SCOPE is part of the Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership.
