| The Letham Climate Challenge is a charitable group promote a more sustainable lifestyle within the community.
They run two Swap Shops where household goods are swapped reducing the amount of materials going to landfill. Donated items are used to support new tenants struggling to obtain goods by supplying Starter Packs and other items needed to start and sustain tenancies.
Local residents are encouraged to grow more fruit and vegetables by managing a local allotment site and workshops in gardening are also available.
There are also opportunities for members of the community to volunteer with LCC. |
