See Me Scotland

What is it about?

See Me is Scotland’s programme to tackle mental health stigma and discrimination. The organisation is funded by the Scottish Government and Comic Relief, and is managed by SAMH and the Mental Health Foundation.

See Me Scotland aims to:

  • Mobilise people to work together and lead a movement to end mental health stigma and discrimination;
  • Work with people to change negative behaviour towards those with mental health problems;
  • Ensure that the human rights of people with mental health problems are respected and upheld.
