We are a Team of 5 who are here to support you and your community along with the health and social care partnership. Our role is to support members of the public to understand and get involved in changes to Health and Social Care in the Perth & Kinross area. You can join our local health and wellbeing connection groups (Perth & Scone / Highland & Strathtay / Strathmore / Carse of Gowrie / Strathearn & Strathallan / Kinross-shire), a place to discuss local issues that are important to you, connecting strategic groups, community planning partnerships to link with you in the community through the health and wellbeing groups. We also issue quarterly locality newsletters where you can find out whats going on in your local area or if you would like to promote your community group then please get in touch with us.
