MyPKC Online Services

What is it about?

MyPKC is a customer portal where you can access online services and if you have signed in using a mygovscot myaccount, you can track progress of your request.

With an account you can:

  • report a Council Housing repair;
  • report a missing bin collection;
  • report a road fault;
  • report a street lighting fault;
  • report a street in need of cleaning;
  • report an issue with a public toilet;
  • apply for a small business bonus relief;
  • lodge a general enquiry;
  • report an overflowing recycling bank or unit;
  • report a dead animal;
  • get a recycling centre permit;
  • give feedback on the MyPKC service.
