What is it about?

Andysmanclub was set up around a year ago as a charity who’s aim is the half the number of suicides in men under 45.

Suicide in the Number 1 cause of death for men under 45 and unlike women men tend to bottle up their feelings. Andysmanclub gives men a safe environment to talk about their feelings and get the help they need.

Andysmanclub organises clubs throughout the UK where men can go and share their feelings in a very safe environment. The clubs are facilitated by volunteers who make sure everyone who wants to, has the chance to speak their mind.
